was never aknowleged at all. 5 minutes i stood there. i said. , im leaving without food. it was 8:30 pm on a sat.nite. they didnt say a word.nite. im at home eating cereal now.. was going to try something on the new menu. but i may never eat there again. not when those 2 girls are working

The past three times I've been there I've experienced the worst customer service. Today I asked the young lady behind the counter to put Dijon mustard on my sandwich and she grabbed whatever sauce she could get her hands on but not the Dijon mustard that I wanted. So I asked her if she even knew what I was talking about and she said "no". Then she proceeded to get uppity and told me "you should look at what sauces we have", like customers are responsible to know what sauces a restaurant has. If you're okay with poor customer service, than this is the Subway for you.

Love this Subway. I live closer to the central Subway in town but chose to come in here and glad I did. Sweet subway worker named Lindsey noticed I came in before (I’m deaf) and she proceeded to sign asl, “Hi my name is Lindsey” I have to say that made my evening. It’s been difficult communicating with people due to mask not being able to lip read and that was a sweet gesture. Thank you Lindsey and Subway for delish sandwiches!

Just got a sandwich at this location 10 mins ago so toppings are fully stocked (mind you I didn’t watch them make my sandwich since someone else grabbed it for me) went to eat my sandwich and I have three bell peppers and three spinach leaves. 😂 would not return! The smaller store in the Santa Maria mall is way better and had never let me down like this location has.

Fresh but if ya wanted it warm make sure to ask to toast more and make sure to ask if they have vinegar dressing before ya make choice to have. Had a sandwich 🥪 I didn't want because of it Vinaigrette 😕 I needed ...😊 😃 😺 ☺ 😄 😹 😊 😃
