Jack In The Box

This has to be one of the worst Jack in the box restaurants in my area. It's a shame this location is literally the only restaurant open at night. The service time is atrocious. They are only capable of taking 2 drive thru orders at one time and the guy who takes the orders must be deaf. He's always asking you to repeat your order, interrupting to ask questions that would have been answered, and what's worse is I feel like he's getting mad at the customer when he asks them to repeat themselves multiple times. I decided to try and make a mobile order to alleviate the constant drive thru congestion and see if it makes a difference. I made the order and drove to the designated pickup spot and gave the restaurant a call at 12:51. They confirmed the order and told me to go through the drive thru to pick up my order, the line wrapped around the building. I waited in line for 76 minutes before I got to the window to pick up my order. The guy pulled a sealed paper bag off the front counter and handed it to me along with my drink. I asked him if he knew it had been sitting there for an hour and he told me they just made it. The fries were soggy and the sandwich was cold. It was obviously not "just made". You can say what you want and apologize about my experience being bad. You can also paste a generic link for me to share my experience but the fact of the matter is that's exactly what I'm doing here, moreover, the behavior described above is a regular occurrence and others have shared similar experiences. The current trend leads me to assume nothing will change. Let me be clear, if I hadn't already spent the money through the app there is no way in hell I would have stayed in the line, because waiting in line is a far better experience than dealing with customer service to get a refund (since there is no option to do so in the app), and that's saying something… Do yourself a favor, eat somewhere else if you can.

This is a nice Jack in the box. Always open when yu need them to be. The inside needs to be redone for sure but they got one of those cool soda machines that has a gazilion dffferent flavors and combinations f flavors. I like that. It’s in the pretty much exact center of town and I’d say they do alright at making my order look nice and not all sloppy. They make super thick shakes too. Just like I like it that way.

I ordered delivery cause I’m at work food was hella cold and sloppy call to tell them and they say I have to drive my food back so they can replace it . But again I ordered delivery and then she says come after work then and I don’t get off till 11 so now I’m suppose to stay hungry with cold food to get it remade for me and there’s someone saying there the manager but would not give there name it’s not even open 24hrs I went around 330 am there not even serving food is what they told me unbelievable!!!

The service is terrible in the early mornings. Either their grill isn't on or working most mornings. If it wasn't the only place open for breakfast during the early morning I'd never go there. The heavy set guy that runs the drive through is all over the place one minute he's overly friendly and the next minute he's argumentative. I have never had a great experience here.
