Yogurt Creations

I like taking my kids to this location, the yogurt is tasty and they have a good selection of toppings and add-ins. The only thing I don't enjoy about this shop is that it always feels moist inside. A dehumidifier would do them a lot of good. I don't like everything feeling damp while I'm purchasing food.

We used to love this place, but sadly it’s really gone down hill. No samples to try flavors, cashier was nowhere to be found for 15 minutes to tell them that the yogurt came out super watery. Our yogurt was very melty by the time a different cashier came out so we could pay. When she asked me for my phone number, I gave her my old phone number associated with my rewards which worked. I asked her how to change it to my current phone number and she said that she didn’t know. I asked her if the other cashier who had gone in the back would know. She said she would ask him. I told her we would be sitting outside of the window. Neither of the cashiers ever approached me to give me any information. When I went inside to throw away our empty bowls, there were no cashiers in sight. Also, while we were sitting outside you could see tons of old, dirty spider webs, but looking down the rest of the shopping center, there weren’t any, as if the other businesses had swept them off. I’m not saying I’ll never bring my grandkids there again, but just very disappointed compared to how it used to be.

I walked into this location on July 23,2020 and this location was dirty. The floors were sticky and so were the counter tops. The machines have not been cleaned.When I brought it to the employee attention he said I haven't had a chance to clean. Seriously are you that lazy. When you look at the website for flavors and get to the store they are out of the flavor you want. Then you go look for your toppings oh were out. I ended throwing my yogurt away and left.

This place is great if you are craving so light and creamy fro-yo. It has a variety of choices with the flavors of the fro-yo, and the topping. The staff here are generally nice and welcoming, and the restaurant is almost always clean! The only thing is that sometimes, the fro-yo can be expensive. The charge you based on the weight on the fro-yo, so if you don't want to spend too much, be careful with your toppings!

Omg, I adore it! There are tons of options for both yogurt and toppings/mix-ins. They charge by the oz, so if you just want a bowl of toppings and a little yogurt, go for it! Also, brought the kids there and was able to find plenty of healthy, but tasty, mix-ins for them. All in all, great place. Keep in mind that they're better set up for take out rather than eating there though.
