Papa John's Pizza

I've had several deliveries from Lompoc's Papa John's and I am sooo impressed! The food is always hot and delicious and the driver's who deliver our food are so polite and courteous! I can't believe how fast they get our food to us...our food tastes like it just came out of the oven! The driver's are so sweet and really seem to care that we have food that we enjoy. Incredible service from a pizza delivery!!!

So I had to take the time to write this review because sometimes I feel people need to put themselves in somebody else shoes. I live on base and they had a fundraiser with papa johns....so naturally everybody(maybe im exaggerating) ordered papa johns to contribute to the school. so i ordered at 5 food got to me at 6 but one pizza short so i called the girl that answered nothing but polite offered free pizza and an extra one for the mistake. I get there about 35 mins after i had called as she told me and my food was still not ready. Here is where they earned the 5 stars....the place was slammed there were boxes being made left and right nobody stood still the two employee i saw step from behind the counter RAN to the restroom....i listened to customers who were mad about waiting cuss out the two girls running the counter who did not get an attitude or say anything negative...they simply apologized several times and offered all they good to help the customers feel a little relief while waiting. I ended up waiting a total of 3 hours from the first initial call-in order ...... and i can say after walking in and seeing everybody hustling and moving including the manager i walked away 3 hours later with pizza and a smile....my respect to the girls at the front especially who catch the grunt of it when an irate customer comes in.

*Permantly Closed out of Business* Pizza here was always good and it seemed as though they had really good deals and excepted all kinds of coupons. Its Sad that they went out of business but Lompoc has demographics that doesnt support too many small business or even chain pizza stores for too long if there are too many choices in that industry or WalMart for that matter :/

The rating is simply because Google says they are opened till 10 pm, but every time (past three times) I have tried to order from them, they're closed. I don't know if they're no longer here, but it's just a little irritating to try and redeem codes or points with them and have the site tell me they aren't open.
