Taco Bell

Went there and ordered a Crunchwrap like I always do; they said they’re out of beef would it be okay to substitute with chicken and I said that was fine. Come to find out that was a mistake because I bit into a bone in the middle of my Crunchwrap. I called the manager to let them know and see what they could do. Pretty much said it’s not their problem because it had to have come from the manufacturer. I understand I’ve worked in fast food and mistakes happen. I didn’t get an apology or anything. The manager really just dismissed me and the fact that it happened at all, no apology, no explanation, just a dismissal and not our fault conversation.

5/23/2022 Today I went into Taco Bell to pickup an order for a customer, I deliver for Doordash, and they were slammed. It was bad. But these girls held it together and pushed these orders out the best they could. Through the frustration and irritation they held there ground and stuck it out like champs. I worked fastfood and restaurant's for over 25 years and I tell you I would of loved to of had girls like these working with me. I'm proud of how they handled themselves. So I want to give a big shout-out to the 5 young woman working in that restaurant today. This for Chloe, Chloe, Kasey, Mady and Nessy. Great job you 5. 👏🙌👍. You girls rocked it tonight.

Someone needs to do something with that older, skinny, woman who works cash register in the morning. She is very rude to all the customers and refuses to take there orders making them use the kiosk instead. I saw her make these older couples use the kiosk. They told her they didn't know how and she told them she didn't have time to take there orders and if they couldn't use the kiosk they would have to come back later. So they left.
