On three separate attempts we have tried this location. Each has had poor results. 1hr round trip to get their pizza with no delivery option. Event 1) Phone app was not workable so order placed over the phone with the store manager. Result: pizzas made on time but with no meat on any of them. Corrective action $20 dollar store credit tied to phone number. Event 2) Pizzas correct but previous credit could not be found and not applied. Corrective action none and no call back from non-present manager. Event 3) Phone order due to non working app. Store pickup. Verified order on slip attached to boxes. Arrived home. 2 of 3 pizzas were wrong. Corrective action: none. Again no manager available, no previous discount applied, no new action, no call back and staff hung up on us. Pizzas themselves were generally edible but not at all what we ordered on 2 of 3 occasions. To date there have been 3 errors with poor service on 3 occasions. In short when it comes to Pizza Hut Logan, JUST SAY NO!

My family ordered from the Logan store this past weekend and our food was definitely not worth the price. The pizzas were cold and had little to no toppings on them. They were mostly just crust. The wings had no sauce on them, the pasta was noodles with cheese again no sauce and the Cinnabon’s were doughy and cold. It was very disappointing. More than likely not going to return and do not recommend.

I ordered my pizza through the iPhone app for the Logan Ohio store. I received a text with the pizza tracker. I tried tracking my order multiple times and it never changed. Almost 2 hours went by so I called the store. One guy with a thick Mexican accent answered the phone and when I told him I never got my order he put me on hold them another guy picked up. When I told him what happened he told me that is was for pick up and that someone had picked up my order. When he realized that I was upset he then offered to refund my money but I just wanted my order. He then started taking my reorder of the same thing and then told me they were out of pizza crust. How can a pizza place run out of pizza? Anyway, at that point I was extremely frustrated and asked for the name of the general manager to which the guy replied that they didn’t have one. That he was the only manager and that he worked 6 to 7 days a week. I’m highly disappointed in the customer service I have received.

Ordered a pizza and 2 sodas plus 10 marina sauce at 3:06 pm on 8/27/21, selected cash as payment Preordered delivery for 4pm as the website said that was next delivery. Never received order. Never a call saying it might be late and couldn’t get through to anyone about the order when I called twice an hour after it was meant to delivered .

When my pizza left the store it took over 30 minutes to get to my house. I live 5 min away. When it arrived the pizza was cold, doughy and Not edible. Didn’t have time to have another one delivered. I might feel differently if this was the first time it happened. But things like this has happened several times before. Missing items, cold doughy pizza. When I called to see where it was they had trouble finding my order and felt like I was bothering them. I am definitely not one to complain but this is ridiculous.

We ordered light sauce and it seemed like we received extra sauce. We are from out of state so we were not able to take our pizza back. Also, we ordered double breadsticks and only received a single order. The pizza did not taste good, very bland on the crust. And the pizza was undercooked. I would really like to get a refund as we do not have a pizza hut near us where we live.

Paid for pizza. PHut took my payment. Said 10-15 min for order. Went to store for pickup., store had hand written note on door saying closed until 4pm. My payment processed at 130 pm, called at least 5 times. Phone said sorry we are closed. Went back to store at 6pm, 9/3. Store had new signs saying store will re open at 4pm 9/4 which would be the following day. ... Why process my payment, then store be closed??
