Hocking Hills Diner

I have been going to this diner for about 18 months. In a word, it's "WONDERFUL". Nice atmosphere, excellent service and very good food that I think is set at a fair price given today's crazy inflationary economy. I have probably had 70 percent of the items on their menu by now. Everything so far has been delicious. And you can even get Poutine! That's not easy to find outside of Montreal, yet it's available at the Hocking Hills Diner in Logan, Ohio? Amazing. The first time I went to the diner, the owner came to the table after the meal, introduced herself and welcomed me to the restaurant. What more can you ask for? I can't wait to go back.

Was really excited to try such a highly praised diner, but we were sorely disappointed. Waited an hour for our food (a bagel, English muffin, and eggs). Had to ask for a refill (and was charged for it) after waiting and waiting for someone to come by and ask if we needed anything. The English muffin was not included in the arrival of our food, and I had to ask for it. Then had to ask for condiments to go on the bagel and English muffin. I understand they were busy, but this was just not worth it. It may be different when they aren't busy but if you're hungry and they're crowded It's not worth the wait.

They were very short staffed but they all worked together to help each other out. Even the host was asking the waitresses what drinks and anything they needed. It was great to see. The food was great. It did take a while to get out food but they only had two cooks for there whole place and they were slammed. But great job anyway. We were from out of town but if we ever make it back through we will stop again...

Stopped in after a day of hiking. Our waitress was adorable, she was very friendly, funny, and smiled non-stop. The cheeseburger was a lot bigger than I was expecting and it was delicious! There was a sign on the door that was asking for patience because they were short staffed. You would have never known that was the case. I would definitely visit Hocking Hills Diner again.
