Mcdonald's

If I could give filth place a -10 I would. The floor in the dining room was covered with grease. The tables hadn't been washed in days. The stools were so sticky that you couldn't sit. Then there were the bathrooms. There was vomit on the floor, I flushed toilets, paper towels and trash on the floor. The men's restroom was even worse. Do not take your business here, it would be safer to eat out of the gutter. Truly the dirtiest restaurant I have ever entered. The manager just shrugged off my concerns.

Rude staff, and it never fails there's always something missing from our order. The other night the boy in the drive through was obnoxious. He basically threw the bag at me and in process he about knocked 2 sodas over. It's sad that customer service is no longer needed, so being even just a smidge polite is unheard of these days.

If you order for more than 2 people you better check your order. I avoided this specific location (I live in Logan) for multiple years. Always went to Nelsonville or Athens to get food. Decided to give this place one more shot after 3 or 4 years. Guess what happened. Ordered $40 worth of food and again part of the order was missing after pulling out of the drive-thru. Everything I ordered 3 of they put 1 of in the bag. Simple mistake I'm sure, but again they didnt get my order right. Why oh why Logan McD? All I want is what I paid for, nothing more and nothing less.

Tonight we had to wait over 15 minutes to get waited on, it was ridiculous they were constantly waiting on the drive-thru and forgot about us like we weren't even there. She said they would be with us shortly but she was full of it. I was furious because my grandchildren had to get their food down them they have a soccer game shortly.

So I was in a pinch today, so just an average ill pick up something on the way home. I get to the drive through and order. The place is kind of packed but it's not surprising I go to McDonald's all the time. Never though have I ever received a sandwich where the patties were split in half. To add insult to injury the patties were half way off of the bun. Cheese was everywhere and it was un appetizing. Needless to say their is some kind of internal issue. Whether it is management or people not being able to comprehend; how to, assemble a sandwich.
