On a windy, rainy night, the idea of some hot fried chicken was pretty appealing. I ordered the 4 piece box, hold the biscuit, with original recipe fries, and a medium Dr. Pepper. Don't know if it was the wind, or the distance from the speaker, but the order got super mangled. The sit down dining area was closed but an employee taking her break got the manager for me. I told her what I ordered and showed her what I got. Without a pause, she took the bag, went inside, and made it right. Kudos to the manager and the employee who went and got her. That's 5 star service!

The restaurant has recently been updated since our last visit. Food was hot & fresh. We were not greeted by the person taking our order, instead he stared at us until we placed our order. Felt a little awkward. But overall a good place to eat.

After a long, busy day at work and then the grocery store, we decided on some KFC for dinner tonight. We pulled in to order and was met with the nicest young man working the drive thru. He informed me they were out of what I ordered (momentarily) and was happy to recommend other items to us. We decided to wait for what we wanted and the manager and drive thru team member were overly accommodating and pleasant. They were very busy!! I'm sure because no one wants to cook tonight or tomorrow 😊 Our order was hot, fresh and is currently oh so yummy! Thank you for being awesome!!

This location is great. The service was very friendly during our visit, and the food was hot and fresh. The only downside was that the lobby needed cleaned a little, other than that, it's a great place to bring the family.

It takes a lot to get five stars from me. The KFC in Chillicothe Ohio would get 0 stars if that was an option. So I would love for someone from KFCs corporate headquarters to explain why it is that one store can be so outstanding and another be so horrificly bad. I get that the atmosphere can vary greatly in any chain restaurant but apparently no one is paying close enough attention to the quality of food and service that is being distributed under the KFC Brand name. Great job Logan Ohio KFC thank you for restoring my desire for KFC.

Got classic chicken sandwich and fries . Sandwich was great and the fries, out of this world .

Food was fresh and delicious 😋... the place was clean and comfortable.

We were the only customers in line at the moment that we ordered. They ran out of chicken and we had to park in the waiting area. Must have been at least ten minutes. My husband walked across the street and bought lottery tickets and came back before we had our order. Three buckets but you would think they were used to that. The chicken was good, per their recipe.
