Twizlberry

My first impression walking in not too good. It almost caused me to leave and go elsewhere. It appeared untidy, and there were no staff to be found. I'm glad I stayed because the food was good. They have a good selection of flavors to choose from. With seven machines that gives you 14 options excluding the twist flavors. I didn't count the number of topping options but I felt there were plenty to choose from. The fruit looked fresh. The waffle cone chunks tasted like they had been in a humid environment for a little too long. I don't regularly go to frozen yogurt shops so I don't know if they are inexpensive or expensive.

I don't know why I've returned to this place as many times as I have. I think it's because I have hope that it'll be better, but every time I go it's the same exact problem and it's never fixed. The frozen yogurt flavors are great and the price is good, but literally every single time I go the frozen yogurt is more like soup yogurt. The texture and frozen part is just never there. It's always just watered down and soupy. I've addressed it to their staff several times, but it seems like they don't care. Their staff seems young and apathetic in addressing the issue. I feel as though they just see it as a college job and that's it. I want to support local business and this place has potential to be THE Frozen Yogurt place for Logan, but the consistent lack of proper frozen yogurt quality hinders them from such. Hopefully one day this will be fixed indefinitely, but for now I won't be returning. I hope for improvement guys.

We used to love this place however the quality has gone downhill in the last year. Although staff are very friendly, It's very common to have to wait for staff because they are nowhere to be found. There are a large selection of flavors which is nice, however they are often either way too strong or very watery. In addition, you have the choice of many toppings ranging from fruity to sweet. Unfortunately these toppings are often melted together (mostly the chocolate toppings.) We definitely prefer Yogurtland.
