There is always a wait to get a table. Call ahead when you start driving. We waited in our car for 40 minutes because there’s a smallish/crowded waiting area. They will text you. It can take time for the food to come out but it is generally good! The decor is really updated but my chair was plastic! It feels very public in the main lobby but the booth area is a little more private. Downstairs in the basement is rumored to be an old prohibition bar/ speakeasy. The booths upstairs aren’t super comfortable… something about the height and depth is off a little. The staff is super kind and efficient.

Wonderful, charming place. Food was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. Got the Give Up, and was an obscene amount of food. Potatoes and gravy were awesome, pancakes were delicious. 10/10 would come back again.

Yummy!!! Skillets, omelets, and the best pancakes! Very popular! You will want to get a reservation if possible.

Loved it!! The lemon butter on the great pancake was a great twist I've not tried before. But I'm left wanting more. I had "The Santi" which is their Greek skillet. That was a beautifully-tasting breakfast. I want to come back and try their Mexican skillet, burgers, French toast and cinnamon roll. 😋 yum! There was a bit of a wait "50 min" when we arrived at 10 am, so try calling ahead if you can. We waited 43 minutes, but very much worth the wait. Enjoy!!

Have gone several times, posting several photos at once. Only open for breakfast and lunch. They have a nice outdoor seating area that always seems pretty busy if the weather is nice. Food comes out pretty quick. Anything with a potato is delicious here, they really know how to fry the potatoes. They're gravy is also excellent. They're pancakes have impressive size but not my favorite pancake and they're not that cheap for a pancake, but they do put lots of fresh fruit on them. Plan on spending between 10 and $15 per person. Has a little bit of a college/hipster/vibe but it feels authentic, someone who's living the lifestyle, whatever that means. Bathrooms are in the basement and they're clean. Very unique little establishment.

This is an outstanding local restaurant and is worth the effort to get there.
I really wanted to give a 5 star review but for me a breakfast restaurant has to knock pancakes out of the park. 😢 i would give 4.5 if I could. It is inexcusable to serve a pancake that has been on the warmer for very long or worse, was premade. I am sure that my pancake sat in a pan for awhile before it was served because it was cool and tough. 🥺Moore’s in Ogden serves them right of the grill with warm syrup. They are hot and tender and they are my standard to measure by.
The restaurant was mostly full but we still got seated quickly.
I wished that I remembered her name because the sever was outstanding and we did not wait very long for our food.
I orders the chicken and briskets which were quite delicious. The gravy had lots of sausage in it and the single biscuits was fresh.
Don’t let this stop you from going. It is a fine establishment with lots of options, just don’t order pancakes.
Their swirl pancake did look FREAK’n festive and the one I saw was the size of a pizza. 😮

The best little gem to have breakfast on your way to Bear Lake. The food is amazing. Best French Toast with their lemon butter. WOW, mind-blowing. The staff is on point. Always making sure your coffee cup is full and pleasant to speak with. We will definitely come back and have to try their lunch.

A hidden gem in the Logan area! One of my favorite breakfast/lunch restaurants. Delicious breakfast foods - had the meat lovers skillet with a side pancake with lemon butter 😍. Really fun atmosphere and great service. Planning to go back to try more of their menu.

Herm's Inn is a brunch you can go to and never be disappointed!
We had the Chicken Sandwich and salad with their in house raspberry vinaigrette and the Santi skillet. The fried chicken was exceptional and the side salad and dressings were delicious, we couldn't stop eating anything.
They combine fresh ingredients/vegetables with the right combination of flavors to create dishes that never have disappointed.
Did i mention the lemon butter for the pancakes... fantastic!
On another note, the service. We just want to say thank you to Herm's again for allowing us to dine in even though they only had 20 min to close. And the service and our waiter was still rememberable.
There is a reason that whenever we return home to Cache Valley that we enjoy another experience at this wonderful location!

This was our first time at Herm's Inn. Like another reviewer said they are deserving of 10 stars! The coffee was super smooth and they kept it flowing throughout our meal. The biscuits and gravy were crisp and buttery and everything biscuits and gravy should be, literally "When Harry met Sally" moments going on! Breakfast potatoes were hearty and perfectly cooked. And OMG the cinnamon roll pancake!! From the pictures I had seen I thought it would be way too sweet and that there was too much frosting...this is wrong! The pancake is perfectly balanced in flavor and better than any actual cinnamon roll I have ever tasted. The atmosphere is fun and although they were slammed busy they have lots of seating to accommodate! As a plus size gal , I appreciated their open tables in the basement, they were so comfy!! Servers were super kind and friendly! Great experience!
