Food was really good. Poor placing on management. Got to the store at 11 when they opened. Only the manager and a lady in the back working. Had to wait a customer ahead of me had a very big order. Had a customer waiting after me. They had another worker come in ask my order was being made. I really hope they had more working coming in with the holiday.
Felt bad for the manager was very nice just was running around crazy.
Love the food so much but it cost alot. I am disabled and on a budget so only able to buy it 2 holidays a year.
Went back to the store today with a friend. I told her about the new different flavor of chicken. They only had one kind my friend did not like. I don't get what the big deal is to stock the other flavors. They give you the same chicken and portion container of the different flavor. No way would it look like the pictures all around the store. If you are not going to stock it take down the information.
Same thing was with the Easter meal you get a apple pie with it. They didn't have even one when they opened. I am glad my friend paid again today was a waste of money. Plus was glad my friend knows Spanish was the only way to order. I know it is hard to find help. They should at least have the product in stock.

The food was excellent with succulent carefully flavored chicken. The decoration inside was very genetic much like every other Boston Market. Plenty of seating

Stopped in to try their new Rotisserie Prime Rib dinner. It's available Wed, Fri & Sun while supplies last. Sorry to say I found the prime rib to be on the tough side and therefore chewy. It looked great (see my photo) but looks are deceiving. The sides of red skin roasted potatoes and string beans were just fine. Corn bread was just so so.Next time I know to stick to their turkey or chicken. The service was quick and the restaurant clean.

My friend loves this place. Since I am a vegetarian, I only have side orders. For me it is decent, and I don't expect tofu chicken to be served. At least the sides keep me from string at others eating. Still, it smells great -- I wasn't always a vegetarian. (Smile).

First they said T-Mobile Tuesday coupon was only for half a chicken and they had no more chicken at 9:45. Then after a little bit they switched up and said I could apply it to turkey breast? Didn’t give me a lot of turkey breast, didn’t see them weigh it. Would rather them just lock their front doors at 9:30 and say they closed honestly. Made me feel guilty using the coupon and coming to the store

Appears this location was under staffed unfortunately there were only 2 employees trying to fill orders ,cook and ring up orders. Be prepared too have patience on your visit.

Food is mediocre & the customer service is absolutely horrible. I will not be back due to how rude the young boy is up front.
