About the third time now I ask for three crunchy tacos supreme and get regular tacos but charged for supreme. This time I was lucky I actually got one taco supreme and two regular.
If you want extra hot sauce, don’t count on it. they act like it’s coming out of their pocket or if it’s some precious metal or something. News flash, Taco Bell mostly only tastes good w hot or mild sauce on it.
Pay attention & quit being greedy, s***!

Dude how is it so hard to put sauce and napkins in my bag after not only requesting it, but being told by the window attendant that “napkins and sauce are in the bag”. Literally lied to my face. I live next door & come here a lot but its starting to get annoying so I seriously might just stop coming

They get my order wrong every single time. I was also told “napkins and silverware are in the bag” (the taped up bag) to my face and none of those things were in there. Every time I order a guacamole power bowl they forget the freaking guacamole!! I don’t get it. Super frustrating.

Order was wrong... It's always hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great and other times the food is "old" or "reheated".

Taco bell has really gone downhill recently. The new menu is not good and they got rid of a lot of items that people liked. Shame taco bell shame.
