Don't know as to why, but service at this store has declined dramatically. 12.17.2020 at 1215p ordered a #2, no pickles, onions or cheese, criss-cut fries and a large root beer. Got the drink, was asked to move to the parking lot... 20 minutes later cashier shows up with the wrong food, another 10 minutes shows up with the wrong fries. Asked if I'll take the regular fries... I'd like what I paid for. He disappears into the store and I never saw him until I went into the store after waiting 40 minutes. 2 people, 1 at the window, 1 making food. 7 people waiting in the lobby. I asked as to why I hadn't received my food? No answer. I asked for a manager... They were busy. No help! No receipt! I needed to report for work, I left.

This is what I ordered... but look at the prices on menu. The single burger is $6.49 and double is $7.69 but they charged $7.59 , $9.09 and $1.29 for taxes. I complained for over charging but no apologies. just simply Gave me the refund and the cashier said she does not care.. Look out for the over charging....

Disgusting! Burger was a sloppy mess and had a funny smell... Ordered a rootbeer , gave me Dr. Pepper. Asked for ketchup and didnt get any. Only positive thing was the French fries were actually crispy but halfway through the box i find a short dark hair in the box... At that point the rest of the meal went into the trash... Ive had bad expiriences with Carls Jr. In the past but have still been willing to give it another chance... Been giving chances now for 18 years, im done...

Watch out for the change you're getting especially when they dont give you receipt. I was short by $1, gave $20 bill change was suppose to be $7.85, i was handed $6.85. Then i ask for receipt just to make sure! Didnt challange her over $1... Hopefully this review will keep her on check.
