This location is notorious for leaving items off of your order. You call to discuss it and no one answers the phone. You drive back up there to get the missing items and they request the receipt. Why do you need the receipt now, you didn’t use it the first time. Fast food restaurants have really gone down the drain these days

The service reminded me that we are post-pandemic and staffing issues exist. After a few moments, the Mgr acknowledged me and just as he headed towards me the cashier appeared from the bathroom. This store is a combo Taco Bell/KFC. I did not see self-ordering screens. It is clean. I also noticed that it has items that seem to be always out at the Taco Bell near my home. I ordered crispy fried chicken and honey BBQ wings. The wings were nicely flavored. The dark meat crispy fried chicken was dry, crunchy, and flavorful. The green beans are flavored with onion... no meat (pork) flavoring. The first bite was good... the next needed salt. All in all, this was a good experience. I'll try the original recipe next time. I did return later, going through the drive-thru, which was busy, but moved quickly. It was nearing closing time so they were out of items I wanted to order. My son did say that the food was very good. He ordered the chicken sandwich, mac n chz, and mashed n gravy. I will return.

Why does Jackson as a whole have the worst restaurant food? Ordered fried chicken sandwich combo. Jackson's is the smallest one I have ever gotten. The fries were dripping grease. It was obvious that the grease needing changing as the fries and chicken were extra greasy, extra dark, and tasted like lard. It is a shame. Ask about any restaurant and I'll gladly share my nightmares.

I didn’t give five stars because when I first walked in no one was at the front counter and after waiting a little while a young man came to the counter but never made eye contact and didn’t speak then began to walk back to the back. I asked if the store was open since no one was at the counter and he didn’t greet me etc. finally he advised he was new and I just asked for someone else. He was pleasant and smiled but I think a little more training in the greeting of customers is needed. The knowledge on products come with time. Ms BRANDY gave me my order and her presence and delivery was excellent she needs a raise! They also have an 94/A score and are hiring.

Ordered 2 mashed potatoes and gravy said I wasn't to have 2 things of gravy but when I got my food I didn't have any gravy then when they gave me one I was told I had to go back through the drive through to order any other one I asked why I wasn't told that when I asked for 2 things of gravy but when I got home the thing of gravy they gave me didn't have vary much in it at all sorry people working there. Can't put a pic on here to show how bad it is!
