This place has absolutely the worst customer service on this planet! U ask for extra at the window n they give u NONE. Then once confronted they give me a very small portion! If u don't like your job then quit! Then have the audacity to tell me I need to go back through the line to order more! Very trashy and rude about their mistake. If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! This is the actual bowl of gravy which was supposed to be 2 servings for 2 family orders of mashed potatoes

The staff here is okay at best, food takes a very long time to be ready. However we’ve had many times we were asked to pull around and wait by the door for them to bring food out, and we were most disappointed to receive our meal missing 3 items, after waiting about 40 minutes. I’d appreciate seeing management take some of the complaints about this store seriously. Further edit: when we asked for the missing items, the staff was rude, despite us bringing in the bag and the receipt. We hadn’t even left the parking lot. And the two chalupas we ordered were soaked, like they hadn’t dried the lettuce.

Order mobile from this location tonight at 7pm and arrived at the drive through at 7:05pm. We waiting in line and at about 7:10 got to the window. They were out of the drinks we ordered (blue raspberry and midnight blue slush) so they compped us Strawberry which was okay. After a few minutes they asked us to pull around to the front of the building to wait for our order. We watched 9 cars come and leave. I walked inside the building at 7:40 pm to check on the order and sure enough it was sitting in the warmer. I asked how long it had been sitting and they could not give me a time or explanation as to why except the person at the counter says he was not told about it... please see the pictures for food quality and wrongness of order. This will be our last visit to this location.

I ordered off the mobile app. Got in my car to drive to the location. I was in the drive thru by 10:09 p.m. The restaurant says it closes at 10:30 p.m. So why was I able to order through the mobile app? Also, why was I not able to pick up food at 10:09 p.m. if the restaurant doesn't close until 10:30 p.m.?

i love this place! the employees have always been very nice, my food is always prepared perfectly, thanks to the cook chris. the lady in the front amy is just outstandingly experienced in customer service. she definitely should have been there way sooner, love her! any time you go there, request chris to make the food, he’s awesome! and make sure amy takes your order and helps you with any problems you have.

Horrible customer service. Extremely slow. Pulled to the first window to pay and the order was wrong, the person couldn’t figure out how to change it and said tell them at the next window. I tell the person at the second window and they said I would have to go back through the line which took 20 mins to get to this point. Then they Argue with you about something not being in the bag and then as you show them that it’s not in the bag, they continue to argue with you about it. Got other items wrong in the order too.

Check ur order before u leave. They will almost always leave out parts of ur order. I made the mistake and didn't check my order and had to return for almost half of my order that was missing. Gas is too expensive to have to return to get food that should have been in my bag to start with.

All I can say is use the drive thru and be patient. Service is the best you can get from teens. They don't always have what you want to order especially if it's in the last hour of business.
