Dunkin'

Honestly, the brand just isn't what it used to be... that said, the service was friendly. The restaurant was kind of clean. It was the end of the day and most of the donuts were gone and what I got was stale. I miss the "smell" of fresh donuts. Sigh, I won't go back to this particular store only bcuz it's far from me and it's difficult to get to and Google navigation doesn't help. I put the munchkins in the microwave for 10secs and they were good. Honestly, I'll continue to buy from Dunkin' because one day someone will remember how it all started. "It's time to make the donuts."

My experience here was somewhat disappointing, we got up to drive through and saw that they had new drinks available and me and my sister really wanted to try it.. when we asked for what they had advertised they let us know that they were not selling it yet for a couple of days. Why in the world are you going to advertise it with the price on it and everything and not have it for sale yet.. I would understand if there was a sign on it that said starts on this date but it did not, the sign said hey try it today.. how can I try it today when it's not even available..

If you want your feet mopped with no, "excuse me", or "may you please scoot over." please come here. The same kid also was looking funny at me and another African American woman as if he had an issue with us. Not a wise thing to do in times like these. I typically don't even engage with that type of behavior but it was so in my face that I had to say something. I love the Dunkin brand but that was scary.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude it’s always the same two black girls that be there in the morning that have the line wrapped around the building and then make it seem like it’s our fault because they had to be at work. When you walk in they don’t acknowledge you, they rather focus on drive thru vs the customers that’s inside just standing there for 10-15 mins.

I really like the team of young people in the store. I was there on 1/2/2022 around 10AM. Everyone was really sweet. I can tell the young lady at the register was still trying to learn how all the orders work, so another colleague jumped in and assisted. There were a few things missing from my order and they pleasantly fixed it. The manager in the back was fast and professional. Her demeanor was that of a strong woman that knows how to manage young people through example and not bossiness. The establishment was clean. I hope this location continues to run this way. I had a good experience.
