Tim Hortons

Overall I’m usually very satisfied when I come to time hortons. But my last visit was horrible. Not only was the wait long but the after I was done with my drink I opened the cup bcs it tasted a. It funny. And they’re was stuff IN my drink. It was a water and they’re we’re black and brown specks floating around and stuck to the cup. It looked as if the cup was dirty before hand.

I work 3rd shift and me as well as others take our lunch break at 2A.M. They now have a sign which reads "Now serving breakfast sandwiches anytime." So we were excited to have another alternative to McDonald's. Much to our enjoyment our bubble was once again popped when we were told rather rudely that NO we could NOT get a delicious breakfast sandwich. They are only available from 4A.M. to 10P.M. When we questioned the sign we were once again told that we could not. This is very frustrating and disappoints me. They either need to change the signs or take it down. There are up to 20 of us who go through there at night and they NEVER have an item, My coffee has not been made right, or the coffee has been microwaved. Yes microwaved. The staff acts like they don't want to work there and have to because mommy and daddy say so or because minimum wage is higher and the money is worth it. Please Tim Hortons get it together!!! I love your coffee and I love your sandwiches and donuts. But if things do not get fixed all of the 3rd shifters are going to stop going to order from your establishment. Thank you.

If I could give no stars then I would. This location has the absolute WORST customer service. I was waiting to order for almost an hour and it was just me and 1 other guy who just ended up leaving cuz they were taking too long. They would just walk right past me and look at me just standing there. Pathetic. You people need to work on your customer service skills or just fire everyone there and hire people with customer service skills
