Mcdonald's

Been sitting in this line for 15 minutes, we've moved one car length.......they have served one car in 15 minutes...........you'd think the food would be amazing and delicious if they take that long, but sadly, you'd be mistaken. The food here is sub-par at best, looks like a kindergartener threw it together and 99% of the time, your order is wrong........they get all of the business because NOTHING else in craptastic Lockport is open late, it's by default.

Used mobile app today. Tell drivethu my order number. They asked me 3 times. I finally get my receipt. Pull to second window. They are ready to hand me a tiny bag. The lady says did you order cheese burger and a fry. I said no. I have the moble order and gave her my mobile app order number. She hands me a large bag. I got home. It had my burgers and fries but lacking a chicken sandwich. I pulled out my receipt. I was given the wrong receipt. The shareable 2 large fries for $5.99 is a complete joke. Both together wouldn't be a single large. No one knows what they are doing there. I haven't been there since January due to a massive mess up on my food. Thought I try this restaurant again. Nope. I deleted my app information and then deleted the app. Such a awful restaurant. Clueless mindless workers.

Lockport McDonalds is a great asset to our community that serves a large number of hungry patrons. Their food tastes good & they beat all the other fast food restaurants in town by being the only one to offer a large soda for just 99 cents! They also have a number of friendly & courteous staff members that I enjoy interacting with in the drive through. It seems to be a happy place, that still offers deals on food & coupon savings despite the recent rise in inflation.

We were up early and grabbed a coffee and egg mcmuffin for breakfast ,at this location. Although it was a long wait and it was busy. The food and coffee were prepared correctly and the staff was pleasant. Cheap food done right. I have to say McDonald's eggs are so much tastier and real, than any other fast food restaurant in our area. I don't know if the competitions eggs are even real. But you can see an actual egg in the egg mcmuffin. We visited again and this is what our sandwiches looked like....burnt. oops!
