Pizza Hut

The buffet was very good. They had a good rotation of different pizzas, which is more than what most other Pizza Huts do. The servers were very nice and polite even with the full restaurant and some relatively picky customers. The radio was broken and would air static from time to time. The biggest issue I noticed was the parking lot. It is horrendous! It is riddled with pot holes. It really needs to be repaved. It is a shame to see because the inside looks very nice and up to date compared to other Pizza Huts in the area.

My wife and I were craving some pizza, so we decided to go to pizza hut. When we walked in, no one greeted us. I grabbed our own menus and we went searching for a seat. We decided to sit all the way in the back because all the available tables were filthy. So, we didn't really have a choice. We sat there for about 10 minutes and no one came to us. So, I went to the counter. They said someone would be with me shortly and took my drink order. So, I sat down. They guy came with our drinks and took our order after another 5 minutes. Food took about 20 minutes before it was served. The order was correct at least. The server checked on us once to make sure everything was ok. When it came time for the check, we sat around for 10 minutes before he even gave it to us. The food was pretty expensive for what we ordered. I enjoyed my food, but I doubt I will be going back.

The server was polite, but very new. After being seated we waited an extended time before our order was taken and then again for plates for salad. The manager, Tim, said he was assisting because the server was new; nice but he had a poor attitude. He became very upset when we told him we wanted our meals at the same time. We had to ask for other food we ordered that was not delivered. Additionally, the floor was filthy. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was not. We will not be returning.
