This is a perspective of a vegan Diner. I used to come to this place back in California when I was young to make my own bean burritos. I was just ask for bean burrito no cheese and then get two extra size of beans and then open up the burrito and assemble it myself.
Today I walked in here after not having been to the chain and a very long time with my son. We ordered at the kiosk and it was surprisingly already veggie friendly with their new V filter. I was able to order a bean burrito with no cheese add extra beans and rice and add black beans. And I also ordered a side of the same thing. The food came out pretty quick and when I did into it I was happy that there was no cross-contamination with other stuff that I don't want in there like cheese or meat particles.
Overall I would say that was a pretty good experience and I'm likely to start going to this chain and this location again.

I went here two time in two days. And Service is too good. We ordered offline and the staff is too supportive. The way she took the order and delivered with smile is too good.

Food quality is still great, but the service at this location recently has taken a turn for the worst. Last 4 visits that I've done a pickup order I was either ignored despite saying I wasn't waiting on Doordash, or still waited 15-20 over despite ordering 15 minutes before arriving to the location. Customer service needs big improvements

The staff here has a real big problem with customer service. Also the "manager" or whatever, she is needs a real attitude adjustment from corporate office. Ill be giving them a call tomorrow to make sure it happens. You your customers like trash and also ignore your customers like they don't exist. Staff does the same thing will look at you and just walk away.... Place is trash.

Terrible customer service. Refused to honor items offered online that were NOT online or regional exclusive. Shown the error and could care less despite us being able to place the order online and pickup at this location. Nothing but poor customer experience and needless frustration.

If they improve food quality wwill edit this! Made a doordash order. The store did not properly bag our items. When I called the person I. The phone was rude and said it was not their problem.The bag came ripped open. And- the security stickers weren't sealing the bag. Food was unwrapped and the drinks were open. Why put a security sticker on the top of the drink lid? we have never got them like that before?! It's not rocket science to understand that a person can just pop the lid off and drink your Baha blast. The stickers are meant to seal the lid to the cup to prevent that... Nice job.

First off if I could give my experience less than a star I would, I did a pickup order the point of pickup is not to have to wait, I spent the entirety of my break waiting inside, forgot countless items including the drink 24 cinnibons etc worst customer service I’ve received

It was a pretty good experience, but I think the staff gets overwhelmed if there are more than two people in the drive through!
Our order was correct, but we ended up going in after leaving the window, to get our tacos rewrapped. We opened the bag and our chalupas were unwrapped and the contents all over the inside of the bag! They handed us a new bag and just rewrapped the empty chalupa shells! Crazy.. these fast food restaurants keep going downhill with their service. I guess they don't realize the value of a dollar. And social media can change alot.
