Great place to go for ice cream. Wife and kid's stopped in while I stayed in the car with our family dog. They got back and I figured I'd get my dog a vanilla ice cream. Ordered it and they asked ifmI wanted a cone or dish. I informed them it was for a dog. They put it in a dish, gave it to me and said "free of charge". Not saying you will get the same results. Just saying this awesome gesture just earned them a long term customer.
We always stop at Reid's after apple picking. It is a must for us. We love it.

I had the peach ice cream and it was so good. Y little guy loved sitting at the counter watching the cookies being chopped up while eating his ice cream cone. The girls working there are the best!
They serve Hershey's. Perry's gets boring when everyone has it. The Hershey's brand is really good. The bubble cones are great. The dipped waffle cones are great. Shakes are great. Servings are what you'd expect. Prices are right where they should be. Service is top notch. This is my family's favorite shop. 5/5 would definitely recommend.
Done of the best sundaes I've ever had. The bubble cones are the ultimate. A waffle bubble cone with whatever ice cream you want or go with their specialty bubble cone sundaes which are to die for! Their regular sundaes are terrific also and huge! Everything is very reasonably priced to top it off!
And now the dining room is finally open! You can order inside! Woohoo!
After a long hike with the family, we decided to stop in for a bite. Good food, great prices (currently cash only), and friendly service. Afterwards, because everything was so cheap, we enjoyed ice cream as well.
This place is fantastic! We got an ice cream cone and a milkshake and both were super yummy...and the service was even better! The two different people we interacted with were both so friendly and accommodating, patient with our kiddos, and they even offered us a little mini pup cone for our dog (which was perfect because it was her birthday!) We can’t wait to go back! 💜☀️🍦
Was picking up an order for Doordash, haven't actually been to the ice cream parlor part myself but I grew up with Reids restaurant. I will always give them a 5/5. Based on food and how fast it's ready.
We make it a point to stop here once a week. I always enjoy a sundae, while my wife has the weekly dairy-free dessert. Besides the great ice cream, the service is always very friendly!!
I moved back to the area 2 years ago, my "covid" walks took me to Olcott Beach. By surprise, I found the COUNTRIES BEST "milkshake!"

I love this ice cream shop.. super clean and friendly staff. One of the few places that has Hershey ice cream!! Their hand up milkshakes are my absolute favorite they will make them exactly how you want them and they are absolutely perfect the ones at the burger stand are OK the ones that ice cream shop are perfection!😍 They have indoor air condition seating and bathrooms and there is also an outdoor deck area this place is perfect stop and get a burger and fries next-door and then walk over to the ice cream shop and get dessert!
