Tim Hortons

The guy who took my order told me six bagels would cost $12, but by the time I rolled up to the window, he told the employee to charge me $19 with no other explanation as to why he changed his mind other than "that's the price." Why would you tell me the price is $12, not correct yourself until after I give you my card then tell me I can take it or leave it? I don't believe in "the customer is always right," but this is clearly a situation where you charge me the price you told me.

Rude employee, I order grilled cheese, and she told me who eat grilled cheese at 9:30 in the morning. If I don’t wana make grilled cheese just tell me we are out of cheese or it’s not available. It’s not her business what do I eat in the morning. U r not my health advisor. Then I order bagel with a dirty bag :(

This tim hortons is the worst Tim hortons I’ve ever been to. They are randomly closed half the time. Hours are so random and odd. This morning was the last straw. I waited in line (along with 12 other cars behind me and 3 in front of me) and I finally go up to the window to pay after 10 minutes, and the worker says “sorry we have to close.” We were all in shock! Such terrible customer service. No reasoning. No apology. Nothing. I can’t believe corporate has not done anything yet.

Stars are not for this store. On 1/18/2021 at 12:51 PM EST I made an online order via drive-through. Store lights were on and the open signs were on but no one was in to serve my order. How hard is it to disable online orders when no one is there to serve customers. Two days later and the store is still closed but lights are off now. How hard is it to update your hours online? This franchisee clearly does not follow any business practices set by the franchise. It is simple. You cannot charge the customer when you are not even there to serve them. Tim Hortons, clean the house.

Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. I absolutely love Tim Hortons, however the employee working today at this location was extremely rude. I pulled up to order. There was not a car in front of me. The only car in the lot was the employees. He did not say anything over the speaker for 3 minutes. I had to say 'Excuse me, hello?' He responded with an attitude 'yeah?' I said 'Hi, how are you today?' No response. A minute goes by and I say, ' well okay, may i please have (ordered coffee) he responds with 'pull up'. I get to the window, he doesnt say a word. Doesn't even look at me. I asked again 'How are you?' Continues to ignore me. Has ear buds in his ears. He knew I was talking to him and didnt care. I asked why he was so rude when all I did was ask how he was doing. I said i treat all people with respect. He did not say a word, closed the window and walked away. I was very disappointed. On top of that, he made my coffee wrong and I couldnt even drink it. Extremely rude customer service. If you do not want to talk to customers, PLEASE find a new job instead of making orders wrong and ignoring customers. Tim Hortons, please do better. Train your employees better.
