Pita Way

And so… I am very big on customer service when it comes to my supporting any business. Pita Way kept popping up in my FB feed. And after looking over there page and website, I was so excited to go. Since I was out that way in Livonia, I decided this would be a good place for Donovan and I to grab dinner. I should have known my visit there wasn’t gonna be good. Upon entering I did not get greeted. Three people working and not one of them acknowledged me. They way the guy chopped the chicken and measured it in that little shot cup wasn’t a good site either. Nor was them pinching on the extras that goes on the the Pita bowl. I asked to get my dressing on the side. I was told I’d have to pay extra for that. And to add, I did not get separate pita breads for each of the meals. The guy asked, 1 pita bread or 2??? I said 2. I figured I’d get 2 pita breads for each meal. No it was 2 breads wrapped together. I will not patronized that particular site again.. I got an over priced salad. I’ll stick to what I know is good Mediterranean food. This was a very disappointing experience. Pita Way you are off my places to eat list!!!

After seeing this place on channel 4 as a middle Eastern restaurant with great food, I thought I would give it a try. I am totally disappointed in the food that I purchased today. I ordered falafel which were burnt and not edible. I also order fries which were soggy, old, and unappealing. The Greek salad was decent and the only item I could eat. Needless to say I will not waste my time coming back.

I go here once or twice a week during work for lunch. The chicken is really good along with fresh veggies. Love their hummus too. I always see the same few faces working and they're all very kind! Crazy fast too, even during a lunch rush with 7 orders in front of me I was out of there in under 10 minutes.

First time coming here and I ordered a bowl, which was super fresh and filling!!! 5/5 I also ordered the fire fires (small order) and didn't realize how much oil was in them until I re-heated them at home. I ended up getting more than 3 table spoons out and after seeing that I just threw them out. 🤢 It was way too much oil and the flavor not that good either
