This place is the tits! I have been touring all the breweries of Montana and had this scheduled on a weekend with14 others. I am a fan of their beer so I made a point to have this as the first stop of the day. I didnt want to leave! I could have hung out there all day honestly. The place is super cute, decorated with a nautical theme of course. A beautiful saltwater tank is behind the taps and there is a sushi bar. I left, but after 12 more stops, returned for dinner. I can't wait to go back with more friends, amazing beer, atmosphere, fantastic staff, and great sushi!
Great place with great people! I arrived after hours and was unable to actually place an order on site but the team and the owner John were extremely helpful and recommended another local pub where we could try Neptune's beer and grab a meal. I was fortunate to pick up a growler and really enjoyed the product. Would highly recommend making Neptune's a pit stop if you're in the Livingston, MT area.
Thanks for the great service! Keep up the good work!
When we travel, we like to find and experience local breweries. I loved this place. Really good beer. The lady bartender was super nice. The patio is dog friendly. I had the Dirty IPA. The locals are lucky to have this gem. It’s a little bit off the beaten path but worth the trip.
If you need a relaxed place to sit down and have a beer look no further. My husband and I started going here a few years ago and we both love it. Whether it's your first time or 100th time visiting, you are welcomed and treated like family. There is a smaller but diverse selection of beer, so there will be something for everyone. There is an outdoor seating area to enjoy the lovely Montana summers. Neptune's is my favorite.
We loved it! Kinda out of the way but well worth it! The beer is good, sushi is incredible. It’s a little place with tons of atmosphere. I loved this place as much as anywhere I’ve been.
This is a nice small town brewery. The food is tasty, if tad higher priced than one would like, but it is seafood in Livingston, so that isn't surprising give the transportation and logistics costs. This is a cozy place, so not much seating inside, or on the patio. Ergo a large party at a popular time might have hard time getting a seat. In a beer city with many breweries this one might not stand out. The beer is good, one could say above average, but not outstanding. IPA styles are well represented, and even include some of the new style variations. However, in Livingston there really aren't better local options, so this is a great local craft brewery in that sense.
Absolutely delicious, high quality sushi in creative fun decor on a residential street in Livingston. My picky eater son loved his burger too. They make their own beer and had an amazing craft beer selection. I was driving so I didn't get any this time, but I would definitely go back to sample the beer and more from their menu.
Friendly, smaller, original location for Neptune's, the older brewery in town. Not a particularly challenging or broad style spectrum, but drinkable. Quirky under-sea theme works for Livingston. Upstaged mainly by the newer Neptune's location.
Had a fantastic time at the brewery. Very friendly people and good beer. On Tuesdays they have live bluegrass music. Very toned down, just a few talented ladies jamming together, but they have a wonderful sound. Highly recommend stopping by on a Tuesday evening!
Awesome brewery! My salad was a romaine/spring mix, something fresh I desperately needed on my western road trip (along with a good beer)! The owner and crew are all very helpful and fun, seems like a very positive place to work. Loved all the nautical decor and the saltwater fish tank! Great location to hit before going into the Mammoth Hot Springs section of Yellowstone!
