I ordered, and the manager gave me a MILITARY DISCOUNT, and the service was great!! As I sat in my truck waiting, Mike brought my pizza and soda out to me!! Really awesome customer service!! Pizza, as always, was AMAZING!!! Lil Caesars Pizza on Rt. 57 is my go-to, and it should be yours as well!!!
The food was good. The wait while 2 employees were in the back chut chatting while there was a line of customers up front which was not ideal. Waited like 10 minutes before anyone came up
We ordered ahead for our get together and everything was done on time and ready for us to pick up 👍👍
I absolutely love coming to this L.C. I may have to wait for my food but it's always fresh and delicious compared to the other location in North Syracuse. I rather drive an extra 10 min to come to this location. And I know it's just not me but my kids notice the quality of pizza because there's never anything left over compared to the other store. So thank you.
It was a long time since I visited Little Ceasers but I needed a quick fix. I asked the nice young lady (Deasha T) according to the receipt) for recommendations for wing flavors and she did not steer me wrong. She is the real deal when it comes to great customer service!
So I updated my rating because they have new management and you can tell. The people are so much more personable and nice. The pizza is actually cooked correctly and if there is a problem they fix it fast
Great Service and Staff for Door Dash Delivery
Busy lunch rush today, crazy customers walking through the drive thru trying to complain. The place is hopping! Alyssa (my best guess at spelling) is holding it down all by herself. Despite impatient customers she remained cool, calm and professional. Great job! The service industry is difficult to begin with, but being short staffed compounds the stress and she’s handling it really well. So to whomever is in charge at this store give her the recognition she deserves and get her some help ASAP please.
1st time in a long time my pizza was cooked correctly! Crust thin, cooked well and crazy bread baked to perfection and they didn't skimp on the flavors 10 stars
