Cashier was slow and easily frustrated. Appears he was having a hard time choosing the proper pump and had to do a charge back.
First time I have had a bad experience here. We seemed to have upset him and he became a bit rude.
No problem. I love the 7-11 chain and will still return.
Please give this guy some more training and I'm sure he'll be a great asset to your team.

I tried to put $15 on the pump in cash out of $100 I understand this is frustrating but the gas was way over priced and we just needed enough to get back home. The cashier gave me attitude about this and told me I needed to at least put $20 and was super rude about it.

Cashier was very rude and made my wife and I feel uncomfortable and dumb because we put our grillers in the wrong container and then transferred our food to another container and threw away our original container. It made no sense to us to waste a box that was already being used. Luckily the 2nd cashier come over and finished our transaction otherwise it would have barely been a 1 star review

This 7-eleven sucks somebody call cooperate and fix this place. I was standing in line today New Year’s Eve 2020 and two 7-eleven employees were at their registers counting there money rather than helping the customers. I put my items back and walked out. I am never come back here again. I guess knowing how much money they have is more important then helping people purchase their items. Employees, get yourselves together and help customers!!

I tried to buy 2 smart waters that were on the shelf with 3 (yes 3) large signs 2 for $3.33. They rang up as $5.22 and the cashiers (yep 2) were more concerned with telling me over and over that their entire management team was out of the country than fixing the problem. No they did not correct the price and no I did not give them my money out of principle!

I went into this location to get gas and a drink. A young woman came up to my car with cleaning supplies in her hand and a rag. At first I thought she wanted to wash my windows. She greeted me and tried to sell me a product for cleaning my car. She then sprayed something all over my car and then I asked her if she had permission to touch my car and you please go away. I went inside to talk to the cashier when I told him that he had solicitors outside he did not understand what I was saying

1 star because it does exist. However, Womans Restrooms were out of service. Mens restroom was wet with no soap, no towels, water on floor...the soda carbonation was definitely not 711 standards, flat. I'm probably gonna get some virus, I'm sure the soda dispenser was just as gross as the bathrooms. Definitely surprised by the poor care of this 711.
