The most important fact about this location is the flavor rotation. They have all kinds of flavors running throughout the summer season. From crazy fruit combinations to the usual flare like chocolate and the regular tart yogurt flavor. Fresh fruit is always cut fresh and kept at the correct temperature. Parking is always available. Awesome service, I always see the crew cleaning and stocking all the toppings and sauces available.
This place is amazing! The staff and owner are super nice and helpful. We ordered a customized blue clued birthday cake. It was super cute! They went above and beyond to make sure they get the right design that we want and we are satisfied with the cake. The cake was also super delicious. We got vanilla cake with vanilla and strawberries flavors. It was so good. I highly recommend their froyo cake!
Great flavor options (gotta love pineapple and vanilla this time of year!) and plenty of topping options. Friendly staff. Covid precautions in place. Very much love when they have a carbolite/no sugar added flavor (which seems hit or miss lately of the times I've been in). They have a rewards program which is nice. My kids love coming here!
I love this shop, they have nothing but the best quality Froyo. This store is remarkably clean... My #1 reason for coming back continuously is the extremely friendly and outgoing staff members!! Today, the cashier i met really deserves a promotion for all her knowledge and dedication... I felt appreciated and hope to continue to see her more often! Friendly staff. Not usually too crowded. Always clean and fully stocked. This is my daughters 1st choice for any reward. Love all of the choices of yogurt and toppings. Love that there is a monthly new flavor on the menu. Very fun place for everyone!
We make a point to visit this place a couple times a month. My kids love it and there is a great vareity of both yogurt flavors and toppings. Their yogurt flavors are always quality, the staff is very nice and the prices are in line with all others. Easily one of my favorite options
Many flavors to choose from, selections change often for nice variety. Tasting cups plentiful, unlike all the other froyo places that only give 1 or 2 sample cups. Huge selection of toppings: nuts, candies, cheesecake/brownie bites, syrups, fruits! Employees always friendly & polite. Frequent purchase club for points worth money off of future purchases. Our family's favorite froyo - something for everybody!
We've been to all the yogurt shops in Livermore and this is our absolute favorite. After having a negative experience at the yogurt shop on First Street, we decided to give this place a try. We were very impressed and can't speak highly enough about the cheerful, animated employees behind the counter. They were ultimately what convinced us to make Menchies our go to place for frozen yogurt in Livermore.
They've got Done Whip! Also highly recommend the cheesecake bites. Thx for being open on Memorial Day, fun surprise!
I go there occasionally. I like their product, although it feels a bit chemical sometimes, depending on their offer.
