If they don’t like their job they should quit everytime I go in I have a big family so there for a big order as everyone knows nobody is the same we all like different things on our subs obviously however these workers roll they eyes speak back with attitude and all I wanna say to all you employees IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB YOU NEED TO QUIT WE PAY YOUR BILLS GIVE good customer service your losing us and when your doors shut all well new ones open

The person waiting on me, finished another customer. Then after giving them change and pulling up her pants wanted to make my sandwiches. With the same gloves she had on. When I asked her to please change her gloves she got hostile. Asked me was I asking or telling her. Again I asked her to please change her gloves because change had germs on it. She then told me it had no more germs then I did, but she did finally change her gloves. She was a very rude person. I was trying my best to be nice to her. I am calling the heath board on her and that store for keeping her there.

Ways is always a pleasure to eat there. I love is this daily bake fresh bread, being able to see how much food is being put on your sandwich and how it is being made. Subway employees are Masters at what they do they are very nice and friendly people. We are blessed to have such people serving of us. I didn't leave their pay should be above minimum wage because they're above average people make above average sandwiches and other foods. Everything there is always fresh, I have only been disappointed when I have made a wrong choice of item. Thank you team Subway, I could eat there everyday. 😃🎆🍽️😀

Staff was nothing but rude the whole time while placing my order. Answered the phone and told me right away it would be an hour they had a long line of people in the store. I was right outside while this was happening. There was 4 customers in store. Kept talking about having to use the bathroom while I was trying to order. No manager to talk to when requested. This place has when way downhill. Please go to the other Live Oak location.

Ordered my food on line and still didn’t get my sandwich right. Wasnt toasted like I requested, no cheese on it and I asked for provolone, ordered guacamole on it and that too was missing..tried to call and It just keeps saying the wireless number are you trying to call is not available right now or it would ring and ring and nobody answers it. Wont be going back, how hard is it to read and follow instructions?
