Taco Bell

You need to use the kiosk to order, which is a really pleasant way for ordering food. The staff worked very quickly and we got the food after some minutes. The food was hot and delicious too. I ordered a crunchy surpreme wrap and the meat filling was a little bit too less, but this ist my only complaint. Overall it is a clean and good restaurant and you will get fast food.

Hardly give 5 stars. Simply the perfect experience. Recently Remodeled and staff are extremely well trained in customer service. Placed order through app and though it was not ready when I arrived, they gave an extra taco durle to the wait. Food was super fresh! Inside and outside of the restaurant is super clean and brand new. Overall wonderful experience for fast food.

Don’t bother. I placed an on-line order and drove to the restaurant, arriving at 6:03. The line was wrapped around the building. I finally made it to the order speaker at 6:36 and told them I was there to pick up my mobile order. The employee told me she had it and it would be ready when I got to the window. At 6:45 the manager came to the window to tell me they were out of potatoes. Ok? I didn’t order any potatoes. Turns out they were preparing the wrong mobile order, so they had me pull up, away from the window so they could prepare my order. A short while later, the manager came out to tell me they were out of Dorito tacos 🤦🏻. No big deal, just take them regular. At 6:58, I finally had my order and headed home. Got home 7 minutes later, and everything was cold and the crunchy tacos were all soggy on the bottom. It’s a shame, the food and service used to be great. I don’t know what happened since they remodeled the store for the past several months, but it certainly has gotten worse.

Absolutely garbage service from the Manager, she straight lied to us about there being 10 orders up and not one of them was ours, when we already watched 5 cars drive away. It's hard even comprehend how a "fastfood" place is that slow, I get it of your by yourself but most of the stuff is "slap together and go" and you expect people to wait for over a hour just to place a order, how is this place even profitable? Show me the numbers because I'd have to guess this location ends up in the red 9times out of 10 every week

I’m not sure why the money was wasted to do a remodel on this location. The lines are always ridiculously long, the lobby is never open, they mess up your order, and the food is old/stale. Today was the last chance I will be giving them. I made it home without some of my food and the nachos were stale. I get being short staffed, but if you make people wait in the long lines like at this location, at least make sure their food is fresh and their order is right.

Rude staff, worst costumer service, thanks for tossing not one but two bags on the counter not even offering a smile. If you’re gonna be on your phone in the back doing nothing be at least hidden by customers. If an elderly is having troubles ordering on the kiosk help them, don’t ignore them. If someone (another customer) is informing you that her taco is cold don’t be rude about it. Drive thru moves slow but going inside is faster.

I used the mobile app to order. When I got there to pick it up, they told me they were out of an item and they would not substitute it with anything else. My phone number is on the app and they did not call me when I placed the order to let me know they were out of the item so I could remove it before I got their. Was told if I had a problem to call corporate and then I sat in there and waited for them to get me the rest of the order which took them an hour and a half to even make. Will not be returning to this taco bell. All the while other customers are coming in ordering food and leaving with it in 5 minutes. I placed my order at 5:25pm on the app and did not get my food until after 7:00pm. Worst service I have ever received at a fast food establishment.
