Good place but very pricey. We were just having a few drinks and got some appetizers. The crab cakes were awesome. What I did not like was being charged full price for a double. Usually it’s about say $5 for a single and $7.50 - $8 for a double…. Not $10. That was crazy. Good ambiance and outdoor seating. Friendly servers.

Had not dined @ 406 since previous ownership. Arrived early with 3 in our party to avoid any rush, sat in the bar area w/ view of a nice patio. Reasonable drinks, solid appetizers, & well executed entree's. Service was very attentive for being just two bartenders handling the bar & patio area (drinks/orders/delivery). It's not a Morton's, Fleming's, Capital Grille-type, but it is a very sound restaurant for the area to embrace & enjoy a nice dinner & drinks w/ friends & family. Hopefully the area continues to appreciate their presence as they've shown so far.

My boyfriend and I used to have dinner here nearly once a week pre-pandemic when they were open. When they closed down we never stopped talking about how much we missed our spot. When they reopened we were ecstatic and have been back several times since! The food is still fantastic, never ordered anything I didn’t love. Drinks are good and the bartenders know what they’re doing. Service is great. We usually sit at the bar for a more laid-back vibe. It always feels like you’re having dinner with everyone else seated back there, in a good way. Thursday prime rib night is the first time in my life I’ve finished my whole plate of meat without leftovers, it was that good. 406 is the best game in town and I’m so happy they are back open and thriving!

Awesome place! Food is excellent! Word will get out soon and it'll be harder to eat the finest food around. Crab cakes to the quail Filet to the rack of lamb Even shrimp pasta! Top notch, can't wait to go back.

Food was so so at best and service was slow. Very disappointed since it said they have a chef. First waited 12 minutes or so for waitress to make first contact. There was only about 5 tables seated in whole restaurant. Bread was not fresh. Took a long time to get our meals. Had to send the shrimp back because it was super salty. Fettucini tasted like it was a day old. Sauce was good but noodles were a bit hard and chewy. Employees screwing around and not attending to the customers. Being owners of restaurants it really showed me the owners are not present.

We went to the 406 for Mothers Day brunch. I was beyond excited that they reopened. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment…. They had a simple menu for Mothers Day, but they were out of some of the entrees that I had so looked forward too. The food we did order, was over cooked and dry and the portions were small. The prices are high compared to the size of the servings! The ambience was the only 5 star!

There with a party of 12 for birthday dinner. Liked the atmosphere of restored grand home. Staff was friendly and professional. Disappointed in my ribeye steak,14oz cut and at least 5oz of fat and grissel.....$26.00! Do have to say their crab cakes were wonderful.
