Dunkin'

I come in daily, as this location is close to my office. I order the same item, and daily I have to send it back to have it toasted. A grilled cheese with ham, every day it’s served to me not toasted and it’s never grilled (false advertisement) today I sent it back and the cook did so with attitude. After receiving my order the second time I left after being assured it was toasted. Only one side was when I finally opened the box to eat it. Guess a microwave has taken the place of actual talent preparing orders

Worst customer service of any dunks ever, this one older gray haired woman it's just miserable and pushes her misery on to her customers, you're better off just going to a different location, it is funny though to just sit back and watch her constantly ruin people's mornings as they walk in and out of there

Staff was very friendly, except for the bossy manager, who was not very nice or cooperative: “we don’t steam cream”... he stated tersely. Huh? OK... I guess they don’t like to steam cream for lattes there. Got it. Anyways, I chose a nearby Starbucks and they were more than willing to make my breve latte.

I couldn't find the manager's name to contact directly but I wanted to make sure a certain employee received recognition! His name is Tyler and he is one of the most professional workers I have ever seen. Not only is he always positive and friendly, but he recognizes his frequent customers and remembers all of their orders. It's amazing- he knows my order by heart, checks if I'm getting 'the usual' and then gets started. I watched him do this for customer after customer; impressed that after seeing so many faces every day, he is able to recall that many familiar faces and their orders. Today he was working the register and whoever made my coffee accidentally filled it up a little too much so it was spilling over the sides, dripping on my pants and making my hands sticky. He saw me wiping it with a napkin and handed me a hot cup so I wouldn't have to deal with sticky fingers and a wet coffee. With what could have been (a minor, but still) inconvenience to my Monday morning, was fixed with such a simple gesture that spoke to Tyler's awareness of his customers, level of professionalism, and customer-first approach to his work. As someone whose morning coffee is a crucial part of my routine, I am so fortunate to start my day off with such a great group of friendly, prompt, and hard workers such as Tyler and the rest of this DD staff!

I love Dunkin Donuts and expected to receive the same friendly service as I do everywhere however this was a different experience. I ordered and received mean glares from the cashier. I don’t know what I did but she kept giving me uncomfortable side looks. As I was waiting for my order, my dad came inside to wait with me. I was on my phone and then he asked me what did I do because the girl working continued to give me dirty looks. (She had black and blue hair with tattoos on her forearm) I was confused and felt super uncomfortable because this was my first time inside this location and I had no idea what I must have done. When she handed me my food she gave me a final glare and i walked out feeling very anxious because I had no idea what I did! It made me lose my appetite for the food and drinks that I bought and I want to take a break from DD now because it was just a terrible experience. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I had to this time because it was just an uneasy feeling that I don’t want other customers to experience!
