Dunkin'

Just had a wonderful experience at this location!! There was a long line, but they were fast! When I got to the order screen, the gentleman was kind even though it was so busy. Got to the pay window and was greeted so nicely and was handed my items quickly and efficiently. My items were also correct and very yummy!

I feel like things here have gone down hill recently perhaps because of the pandemic which is of no fault of this particular location however there are regularly extremely long lines and my orders are usually a bit off. The biggest reason for the docked rating is the prominent signage stating that people are unwilling to work which is simply false. There are other options far cheaper than Dunkin’ and unless the local locations live up to higher standards it’s simply not worth the extra cost. I hope that things do improve here again because it’s really convenient and the coffee before was so much better than the other fast food options that it justified the price.

Due to staffing issues they only have drive thru open. No lobby entry AT ALL. Drive thru line superbly long (like 20 minutes). Wish they encouraged everyone to order on the app while in line to speed it up. Great service from staff despite this; very kind mannered. Not sure how to tip them via the app but those folks definitely deserve it. -1 star for the wait
