Mcdonald's

In a word TERRIBLE. I like McDonald's but this is the worst managed store I have ever seen. The "manager" sat at the table twenty feet from me yelling (in Spanish) into his cell phone and then into some headset FOR TWENTY MINUTES ! Then he started yelling (this time in English) at one of the employees (a young teenage) that he should work late that night. the teenager didn't want to because he had school the next day but the "manager" berated him anyway. The place is clean but that may be because not one wants to come here. This is my last time.

Always cold always wrong never get the order right never taste the same horrible service horrible service management is absolutely useless and everybody last see you in Spanish when you have a complaint. Would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone. Grew up in the same neighborhood and recently has fallen completely in the gutter. They really need to find new management and not hire 14 year olds.

I usually avoid this location because the food is horrible. The bigmac I had last night tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour. It took only two bites before I threw it out the hard crusty burger. Sadly this is just the norm for this location. I have had this happen multiple times which is why I usually go to the next closest McDonald's.
