Wendy's

This is one of the better Wendy's I've been to. The food is most usually fresh and warm, but they'll screw up your order sometimes, and the service can be slow. Very friendly staff, and the restaurant is clean. Recommended. But depending on how long the lines are, don't plan on it being very quick to receive your food. Its worth the wait though!

This location is terrible. There's always a huge line for both dine-in and drive through. Nearly every time we visit, they forget some part of the order - dipping sauce, salad dressing, or something else. Also, most of the employees don't seem to know the difference between a garden salad and a Cesar salad. When it comes to fast food, I like Wendy's the best, but this location sucks.

Have been here before when the service was slow and less friendly...today the service was both quick and friendly. My single was fine, although the bun was a bit dry. At all locations, Wendy’s pickles on burgers have a fishy taste (I’m not the only one who’s noticed this.). But, the three stars are for stale, limp fries! Please don’t sell old fries! They go straight in the trash, so I’m wasting my money!

Update* I revised from 3 to 1 stars because a Wendy's meal should NEVER take 15-20 minutes yet this is the new normal at this location. I'm giving 3 stars based on what this place used to be. The food has always been good but recently the wait times have become ridiculous. I spoke with the GM and she was very apologetic but nothing has changed. I'm sure it's just new employees or something but regardless I find myself skipping lunch here more and more due to the excessive wait times.

This location is perfectly situated along my route to and from work and even from work to my gym. I'm not adventurous when I order so it's always a double cheeseburger, tenders, or nuggets with a frosty. Depending on the time of day it can be busy (and especially when the tenders first showed up on the menu it was/is a product I usually need to wait to be made fresh) which never bothers me. I will say I have only experienced top notch customer service every time I've ever gone. If I've had to wait for any reason there is always an apology. They do seem to be experiencing some issues with the drive through system recognizing vehicles or at least alerting staff to a car showing up. It's only happened 3 or so times over the last month where I've waited 3-5 mins before someone said hello but usually on those occasions I'm met with a huge and very sincere apology. The quality of the fries can vary greatly from visit to visit but everything else I eat there is very consistent in terms of their quality and I can honestly say I eat here far more often than I should. ^-^ *Edit* - After getting off work super early I decided to stop by Wendy's on my way to the gym. It was around 4:45 when I pulled into the line (1 off from ordering) and it did take almost 20 mins tp get through the line is I have NO idea what took so long and no one inside seemed to be stressed out or frazzled. I didn't believe all the previous comments about slow service but today I can confirm that, during busy times, the drive through CAN take a bit.

Longest wait at any Wendy's ever! giant drive through line, giant inside line. took over 10 minutes just to get to the point where i could order. staff was friendly but the wait is outrageous, all said and done they shorted me a nugget and i am not going back to wait 20 minutes to complain. i am just frankly not going back... i was given an excuse for the delay (i did not ask for it) that they only hired one person since July and are understaffed. why is it taking you over a business quarter to staff appropriately?
