I’ve ordered from this Noodles for 8 years. I’ve never had as many issues as I’ve had these last few months. Besides the delays due to short-staffing (which I understand and cannot blame them for), they simply cannot get an order right. And, yes, that is supposed to be Parm chicken …

Just not good. Noodles used to taste fresh and flavorful. Now just tastes oily and bland. Single use plastic EVERYWHERE. This was how the side of broccoli came.

I ordered online and requested gluten free pasta. My food showed up with regular pasta and they forgot the rice Krispy treat. I have an allergy so I couldn't eat my food. I'm not sure why it's so hard to read the order correctly. Will never order here again.

For a chain, the food here is very good and this location is very clean. The last couple of visits my favorite dish, the Med Salad with chicken, has been pretty sparse on the chicken. Probably just a sign of the times, but a little disappointing.

Not sure what's up with this location, but my experience was sub par at best! Mac and cheese, how do you mess that up? It was watery, lacked flavor, and well, wasn't "cheesey", AT ALL. Never mind the snotty 17 year old at the front counter more interested in her cell phone/texting conversation then helping customers in line, and also unable to count back change. I know it's not a 5 star restaurant, but if I'm paying over $10 for a meal, the location can do WAY better then this!

Love noodles and Co. But agree with other reviews, there's something lacking at this location. Order for pickup a Japanese pan noddles with chicken. I came home to find out there wasn't any chicken in the bowl.

Usually have great experiences at all Noodles stores. This store charged us for cups for water and our noodles were both super hard and chewy.

Understandable that we are in a difficult time. The fact that you have to order online and it takes over 30 minutes for pickup, when I can visually see employees inside fraternizing, that turns me off from ever visiting a Noodles again.
