I haven't been to this diner in 15 years. My past experience was terrible. Yesterday I was sent a few pics of the amazing fare Gunther's was concocting, so- today we gave it a shot. Good food, excellent prices, and a family friendly atmosphere. We will definitely return for more of the signature items

I got the grace kelly which was a very interesting combo of French toast, ham and Swiss cheese. I loved it but could definitely be an acquired taste. This diner has a great vibe though and friendly staff. I couldn’t recommend enough visiting here.

The Bloody Mary was weak.. No way it was a full shot.. I don't drink often and I should have gotten a little buzz from it.. Could have been clearer.. You could see the dust and grime on the decorations and there was what looked like vanilla something on the booth.. My glass had a chip on the rim.. I'VE HAD BETTER.. I'VE HAD WORSE..

If zero stars were an option that’s what they deserve. Phoned a simple order- patty melt & tater tots- at 1:26 (after typical lunch rush) and was told 15-20 minutes. I arrived at 1:46… was told to wait at dining counter. 5 minutes later I was told that managers were cooking - I said that’s ok- as long as the food is hot … 2:11 food comes out Luke warm/ cold … patty melt was Made from the end of the loaf and also was Luke warm & looked pathetic. I tried to ask a server if I could get hot hot tots & a re-so of the unappetizing patty melt. However , the manager comes over and asks what is wrong and I told him I’ve waited over double the time that I was told only to get served cold & unappetizing food- he picks up the to-go tray and slams it in the garbage! He didn’t even ask if I wanted the order redone- I’m like - what? At least give me my money back. 12 workers & perhaps 25 patrons and horrible customer service.

Loved the atmosphere of this diner. 50’s style, complete with a juke box and classic milkshakes! Our server was very sweet and helpful in deciding what to order. Dinner was delicious!

I've been to this location a few times now after our son's basketball game and we've had good experiences each time. Aesthetically, it resembles a classic old school diner, nothing fancy, a little worn down even- it definitely has a "Diner Vibe". However, it's the food and service that sets this place apart. The first trip, the waitress even got everyone together to sing happy birthday. We had good and attentive service each time we were there, and everyone seemed happy to be at work. The food was good- heaping portions, delicious combos for reasonable prices- good place to go for comfort food and if you're hungry. I got the California burrito the first time, and the second time, I got the Red Hot Mamma Scramble, which was probably my favorite so far. I substituted bacon for the sausage, and it added a nice kick with the green chili and jalapeños. I'm also a big fan of their seasoned salt, which you can apparently buy. We've only been here for breakfast but it's nice that they also serve alcohol too. We'd come back and recommend it!

Lovely little setup with traditional diner fare. Clean dining room with plentiful and friendly staff. Reasonably priced with us ordering two coffees, two entrees, an appetizer and a side of biscuits and gravy for $44. Worth a stop for a quick, friendly meal.

I got the pancakes with caramelized banana and pecans -- and it was very good. However I also got eggs and turkey sausage patties and the patties were sort of dry as a sponge that has been out in the sun for a few days. Service was horribly slow, and the person I went with got a breakfast burrito with only one request -- no sausage. They brought out the burrito that ended up containing the unwanted sausage. The ambiance was very nice and vintage, but overall the experience was just okay.
