I was in and out, no crowd or long line. Customer service was very subpar, they wasn't rude, but not the friendliest nether, like they didn't want to be at work today. They have plenty choices of donuts. The prices are reasonable for the area. The donuts I purchased was, soft sweet,, fresh and Good.

My first and last time coming here! The worst Shipley’s I’ve ever had. Donuts where cold and tasted old. I ordered a sausage and cheese kolache and received a dry sliced ham one. Also it tasted old. Will never go here again. I’ll stick with the one on markham where I’ve never been disappointed. Oh and only stopped here because of the reviews. 🙄

i work for the company that maintains the property. when i got there today to service the place they gave me a free dozen. they are very kind and have the very fresh doughnuts

This Shipley location has the largest Butterfly and cinnamon rolls in the area. They are very accommodating. They will bend over backwards to try to get you what you want. My husband is a DONUTAHOLIC! We know every donut shop from here to Florida. Shipley is the best.
