Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Hardly no meat on new BBQ CHKN flatbread! It was NOT pulled chkn & was not told they were out until I asked after noticing less meat. They claim weight as picked...but didn't taste like it when biting into it! Sweeper stirring up dust all around the whole time I was eating...they seemed bothered when I asked about the meat!

My smoothie and quesadilla was great tasting. My complaint is that there wasn't a barcode on my receipt for me to get my points after spending $11.00 for my lunch. The cashier told me to scan my receipt but there wasn't a barcode for the scanner to pick up. I thought it was just that day she forgot to punch the right key. Well I was there yesterday (10/14, spent $8.87) and the same thing happened. We talked and the cashier stated they no longer had a scanner. So I didn't get my points ($20 worth). Now, I am at Tropical Smoothie 3 times a week. So my points are important to me. What can be done about this???

I have been going here for years. Jason and Brother run a great cafe and the smoothies and food are always top shelf! My favorite is Peanut Butter Paradise with pea protein (has 28 grams of protein), no sugar or sugar substitute, and add kale and spinach. Low Calorie tasty protein packed meal replacement smoothie!
