Jimmy John's

Jimmy John’s has served good fresh sandwiches. My bread and meat have always been fresh tasting. I tried a chicken wrap, and it was good tasting. I wish I could keep them from putting onions on my order when I request that none be put on my sandwich. I have noticed that the drive-in line seems to be taking a long time to get to order and then get my food. Not sure what has happened because the line used to be quick. Maybe it is because they cannot hear like we cannot hear them through the speaker someone ran over. I use the app to order my sandwich. I will start parking in the tiny parking lot, go in and pick up my food; after checking it to make sure those loud-smelling onions have not found their way back on the sandwich.

I like Jimmy Johns but this location needs some help. After having grace with them on multiple occasions I will skip this spot for now on. You can barely hear through the drive-thru speaker, it needs to be fixed or volume adjusted. After placing my order the cashier tried to hand me a cup dripping with soda and had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked her to clean it off. When I got home the sandwich I ordered with no lettuce or tomatoes had both inside. The lettuce was soggy and the crust was hard as a rock. Whoever made and wrapped the sandwich did a very poor job. I had to make my sandwich look neat before biting it because I hate when food looks messy. It’s so unappetizing. The location on Markham is so much better.

I called to have a sandwich delivered to our hotel room last February. I was informed that they were out of bread. Really. They sell sandwiches. In June we were in town again and gave them a call. To deliver 1 sandwich to our room would be a minimum of 10.00, so we were looking at at least 20.00 for 2 sandwiches before drinks, ect. Pass. I called the Flying Fish downstairs for take-out. 20.00 got us more food than we could eat and it was ready in 15 minutes. Sorry Jimmy Johns.

Went here to pick up food for someone, and saw how the food was being made. The lady on the line touched the phone, touched the front door/walked outside, and went back inside to finish making food. I brought up cross contamination, and immediately caught attitude. "I don't think I need to but I will!" She washed her hands and changed her gloves. I'm glad it wasn't my food because I would have immediately asked for a refund. I won't be eating here. Totally turned off as a potential customer.
