Buffalo Wild Wings

Very good service all around. The hostess asked if we wanted the high tables and we declined; she then informed us that she would seat another couple ahead of us, which was very nice. Once we were seated the manager informed us of that the prep times were longer than normal for a weekend night and asked if we still wanted to be served. Great job even though it was very busy. We were not ignored and constantly checked on. The food was fresh and hot.

I went to celebrate a sibling's birthday. Our party was 11 people, and we asked to be seated early although we were still waiting on 4 people. They did this without any problem, which was great(I was expecting to wait for a while). It wasn't as busy as I would have expected for a Friday night right before the super bowl (I guess that was why we were able to be seated so quickly)! There were only about 8-10 tables filled in the restaurant Overall the food that we ordered was delicious (If you like sweet and spicy, try the mango habanero wings)! The only bad part of the evening was our server. Although, very nice ( he gave us everything that we asked for), he seemed disengaged, tired, board, and like he did not want to be there. I've never been to a restaurant and not be asked if we would want dessert, which we did, but never asked because of the vibes that we received from our server... big party, super bowl weekend, that would have been a decent tip, but like I said he didn't seem interested to be there.

A most horrible unhappy experience. My 3 adult children agreed this was the place to go for the evening. I met them there on a busy Saturday night.... no problem I thought great food???? How wrong I was... We had four orders of 4 piece chicken strips and my son and daughter''s chicken were still raw under the breading. I no longer wanted to trust eating there food. Very disappointed with the service we received. Sure they took two orders off but the tax simple put the money owed back on the check. Unhappy experience.

The first thing that I was very unhappy is when I first came to this location I ordered a table for a party of 15 people and they gave me a table with 8 chairs, where was I suppose to fit the rest of the people. The waitress gave me a horrible service and had an expression on her face like she was doing community service. It was a very slow service and very rude. For the food I can't complain, it was really delicious even though it took quite a long time to arrive at my table.
