I pre ordered my food. I ordered lemon peppery wet which is mild with lemon pepper very well done. Upon arrival my food was not done when I finally received the food it wasn't very well done at all it was only lemon pepper. I told the waitress it was wrong and what I ordered. She brought it to the back they claimed to have dipped the chicken it clearly wasn't as you can see from the pics. I told the waitress it was not well done she said a few more minutes and this is what was brought to me. Where is the mild sauce hell where did the lemon pepper even go after recooking the same wings over several times. Not for my $15+ dollars. I WILL NEVER EVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN WHEN I ORDER FROM THE DECATUR AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK AT WORK WITH NO PROBLEM BUT PANOLA RD. ONE WAS THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK.

My husband and I stopped by for lunch yesterday and the food and service was great! I ordered wings and shrimp and my husband ordered wings and fries. Everything was delicious! The Fester option is my favorite. A sprinkle of lemon pepper makes everything better!!!! Thank you J.R. Crickets for a great experience.

Worst wings. Wings are high and recooked. They half cook the wings then when you order they finish cooking them and they are horrible. Ask the manager (black male) for fresh cooked wings from raw chicken not precooked wings. On 3 occasions he refused to cook the way I requested even though it’s not his money being spent but my money. Then he wants argued back and forth talking about he knows what he is doing. Poor excuse for a manager. If I had a customer that comes a couple of times a week to my business I would try to accommodate that customer. No management skills. Sorry but I have been cooking and eating wings for years and can easily tell the difference in precooked wings ang fresh cooked wings. The clue is in the skin of the chicken and the way the sauce sticks to it.

I called in my order at 11:23pm. I was told they only had fried food. I was not told that they start cooking the order when you arrive. If so i could have paid for the order over the phone being by it says they close at 1am. When my brother got to there he was told they was out of wings and could not provide the order because he got there too late. (12:00) Greg was the manager said they don’t cook the food till you get there and Angela took the order and did not tell me that. They should train the employees to fully let the customers know that nothing is cooked until you are there. What’s the use in a call in???

My brothers and I are wing connoisseurs. We went to this location on a recommendation from our brother in law, who said they had amazing wings. He was not lying! We ordered lemon pepper hot, extra crispy with blue, and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They were honestly the best wings we have ever had, and we have had A LOT of wings in our lifetime. They were perfectly cooked! They were perfectly seasoned and covered in the perfect ratio of lemon pepper and hot sauce, and the homemade blue cheese was superb. GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO VISIT THIS LOCATION, TRUST ME! CeCe is the absolute best!!! Y’all don’t even know until you come here!

This is exactly why (with limited exceptions) it's near impossible to support black-owned businesses. I called ahead of time to place an order for a 50 piece & a fish basket. Upon arrival, I pointed out the amount billed ($69.99) was completely different from the prices that are listed on the website ($34.09 more than double!). The owner is aware of this contradictory information. She said very rude & matter of factly it's been a problem since 2017 (pre-rona), and flat out refused to make a one time exception to honor the online prices, or even provide a discount for their error in providing misinformation to the public. So for the last 5 yrs you're telling me that you've been operating a business & have failed to make it a priority to properly align your website, for your location, with current day prices. It's a b.s. excuse! Every link from grubhub to ubereats & in between sans delivery has a different price. No customer should be made to feel like false advertisement is an issue that they should be accepting of or penalized for. I'm incredibly suprised they survived the pandemic since clearly having a semblance of courtesy, or an iota of skill sets to assure customer satisfaction & thus retention, is expecting waaay too much. Black people think they can treat black people any kind of way, & that sub par service should be tolerated, normalized, & supported regardless. If your think your product is good enough to develop a take it or leave it mentality, that food got left right there. Which is probably the reason other patrons are getting thrice fried, hard 'n extra extra crispy wings. It's a hellz naw for me! Especially even more so after ole girl behind the bar took a swig of brown liquor, without regard of the optics, right in front of us like it was nothing. I will spend my hard earned dollar in a place where respect, gratitude, & a standard of excellence is not an anomaly.
