Customer service SUCKS THE COOK STATED HES NOT COOKING BECAUSE HE'S ABOUT TO CLOCK OUT AND ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM THAT NO ONE SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR WORK I WAITED 15MINS FOR SERVICE TO BE TOLD HE'S NOT GOING TO COOK FOR ME AND THE WAITRESS WAS RUDE AS WELL ALSO THE NEXT EMPLOYEE SHOWED UP WITH FOOD WHICH MEANS HE WAS NOT GOING TO PROVIDE SERVICE EITHER THEN THE COOK YELLS OUT HOW ABOUT YOU COME BACK HERE AND COOK THEN SINCE YOU HAVE A PROBLEM

This place needs to close down and start over with new clean employees! Robbie took orders all while eating donuts out a bag food all over her mouth (dirty face period) messed up others and got smart as if she wasn’t in the wrong! Customers waited over an hour for orders This place is nasty along with the employees and food!

Horrible night waitress. Older lady complained about paying customers smoke after we had stopped smoking. We apologized constantly even though there was no signs stating no smoking and they have an ashtray right outside. She really tried to make me and my party feel bad for smoking next to there ashtray because she had some form of COPD. But my thing is what more do u want from us? I already apologized twice plus u have no signs and an ashtray. It was such a bad experience that i will never come back to that waffle house again. And she aint give me no syrup for my waffles after i asked for more.
