EVENING OF JUNE 22ND 2021 Cashier (short white blond hair woman) greeted EVERYONE else except me when I approached the counter. I then greeted her again . She ignored . How RUDE! I would hate to think it was for any other reason. If you can't treat everyone with respect then you find another job! Great Customer Service should be TOP priority!

The young lady that answered the phone today (9-24-19 at 4:20 PM) was EXTREMELY rude. I tried to politely inform her of possible fraud happening at one of their pumps (card scanner) and she more or less told me I was lying and hung up. I was advised to contact the two gas stations where fraud was happening on my card and this was one of the two. Incredible that she remains employed there with such a disrespectful attitude.

Beyond over the customer service not sure if they are pocketing my money but twice now I've not received the amount of gas I've paid for. The first time the woman put my money on someone else's pump and told me she would have to owe my 3 dollars they second time I counted out 19 for gas and received 14 dollars I kinda second guessed my self but I work off tips and tonight I put back 20 in bills and put the rest im gas mind u I made 39 dollars u can do the math I went back in and told the girl and she told me no u only put in 14 so I went back to my car to see if I had dropped it but knowing I didn't cause I counted right before I got to the front door I had two 5 dollars bills and more than 4 ones. This now being the second time they have stole from me I am now making a complaint and will be going to corporate so maybe they can handle this.
