Mcdonald's

Horrible experience. I ordered exactly what I could afford at the time in the drive through, the order taker took my order incorrectly and added two double quarters instead of one single and one double. I could not afford at the window and my card kept declining. I asked to pull around to come in and pay. As I walked in I tried to connect to the "Free McDonald's Wifi" to log into my banking app to load funds in my account. It was not loading. I tried logging in through my browser, any website I tried to enter kept saying "your connection is not private" therfore I could not afford the food that I had paid for. I gave up and said I may have to come back. As I was leaving I heard one of the employees stating my order and stating that the ordertaker incorrectly took the order -but I was never told this. If the issue would have been fixed, I wouldn't have needed to come back, which I didn't... in fact the majority of employees in there are high-school students and I'm pretty sure the manager blocked the free wifi in a way where employees cannot use it - well guess what neither can the customers! This was outrageous to experience and I definitely don't have the means to experience this again 👎🏻

Updated: This is one the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I’m not usually one to complain, but the staff here is RUDE. Not to mention insanely long wait times. The don’t even acknowledge you or look at you when they hand you the food. Hand you your bag and then Slam the windows in your face. It looks like it’s ran by a bunch of disrespectful kids. I understand working at McDonald’s probably isn’t the greatest, but leave the job if you’re that unhappy there. This McDonald’s makes me not want to eat it ever again, but that’s probably a good thing anyways. This used to be my favorite go to McDonald’s and now, I only come here on rare occasions because of this. The food is mediocre and most of the times it’s clearly not fresh but the Staff is what needs serious work. Really disappointing.
