Taco Bell

Ordered 4 soft taco supremes at the drive thru earlier this evening. They were advertised on the menu for $1.69/ea. When I got to the window to pay, the girl wanted over $10. I asked her what she was charging me per taco, and she said $2.39. I told her what the menu advertised and showed her the online menu advertising $1.69, and that seemed to be too much for her to comprehend. She refused to fix the mistake and did not ask management for help. Never going here again. Lots of other restaurants nearby with honest pricing and hopefully better staff.

Came in on January 7th at 7pm. Took 26 minutes to receive 2 orders that only cost $15 - barely any beef on the 2 5 layer BEEFY burritos. We waited 15 minutes before the manager decided to let us now that there wasn’t going to be enough beef for both inside and drive thru. Before we even came into the lobby I had called to see what time they closed and they were just so rude all the way around. Even when we were waiting we could hear one of the cooks cuss and be rude as heck in the back. No one was paying attention to the front costumers what so ever either. I get there’s lack of staff but just close your doors if service is going to be god awful.
