It's chili's... this one, while the food is very commercialized, the service is pretty top notch! I've never had a bad experience coming here. Although, the last time, I think the bar keep had some scented lotion on her hands. My Tito's on the rocks had a sugary vanilla stench to it... otherwise, this place is what you would expect but with better customer service!

I recently dined at Chilis and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The restaurant was freezing. Had to ask to turn the a/c off. The first person that we asked laughed and said it is chili's after all. The couple at the next table went to their car and got sweatshirts. Finally someone adjusted the temperature. The service was very good,the burger was very good and my wife enjoyed her quesadilla.

My food, drink & dessert were very good. The hot lava cake being the best! A little too much lettuce in the Explosion, yet still tasty.
The bartender made a good waiter; and with another customer we had a nice chat.

The food was great we got their wings and Mac n cheese for sides. I had the Enchilada explosion salad. Absolutely amazing!!! My girl loved the wings and Mac n cheese, so did I.

My server Kayla was fantastic, very attentive and nice. Food was out pretty quick though it wasn't super busy at close to 10pm. The steak was pretty good I got the fan favorite ribeye with sautéed mushrooms the mushrooms where really tasty the steak was a little salty but not bad. The broccoli was good but I was a bit disappointed in the loaded mashed potatoes the mash potatoes tasted bland and just unappealing even with bacon and cheese on them. Overall my experience was good and will go again soon

It's a great place to get some decent food. For what it is, it's a five-star operation.
Okay, 4.98 stars. I actually have but one small suggestion:
I keep getting the wrong dressing for my salad. They all look similar in those little plastic cups, I get it. Probably a dozen times now it's happened where I'll order a salad or wings with blue cheese dressing, but I'll get Caesar or ranch instead. Maybe put C's on the Caesar cups, R's on the Ranch, etc.
