My server Kayla was fantastic, very attentive and nice. Food was out pretty quick though it wasn't super busy at close to 10pm. The steak was pretty good I got the fan favorite ribeye with sautéed mushrooms the mushrooms where really tasty the steak was a little salty but not bad. The broccoli was good but I was a bit disappointed in the loaded mashed potatoes the mash potatoes tasted bland and just unappealing even with bacon and cheese on them. Overall my experience was good and will go again soon
It's chili's... this one, while the food is very commercialized, the service is pretty top notch! I've never had a bad experience coming here. Although, the last time, I think the bar keep had some scented lotion on her hands. My Tito's on the rocks had a sugary vanilla stench to it... otherwise, this place is what you would expect but with better customer service!
I recently dined at Chilis and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu showcased a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff, especially Lizzy, ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can’t recommend Chili’s enough for a fantastic dining experience

My food, drink & dessert were very good. The hot lava cake being the best! A little too much lettuce in the Explosion, yet still tasty.
The bartender made a good waiter; and with another customer we had a nice chat.
Chili's Grill & Bar has some of the best Mexican Food around and despite Chili's being a chain restaurant I say that it's always worth going here if you're craving something absolutely delicious. Of course there are also many local restaurants who can offer you other great tastes, just not any Mexican themed ones!
Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Chicken fajitas were excellent! Loved the margarita of the month.
The restaurant was freezing. Had to ask to turn the a/c off. The first person that we asked laughed and said it is chili's after all. The couple at the next table went to their car and got sweatshirts. Finally someone adjusted the temperature. The service was very good,the burger was very good and my wife enjoyed her quesadilla.
We always eat in the lounge area. Food we ordered was so tasty and came out quick and with perfect timing from app. to main course. Long live Big Mouth Bites!!!
Kitchen and staff have been exceptional. If there's been a recent change its for the better. Good to see this location doing better.
We were impressed with the action the manager took to rectify our undercooked meal and are frequent flyers of Chili’s. We will be back. Thank you for handling our visit with customer service expertise.
