Chili's

First time at this place. Never had chilis before the boneless Buffalo wings, my Cajun chicken pasta, and Caesar salad. Was good. I also got a mango lemonade and ice tea drink it was good as well. My waitress was so nice and considerate. Never had to ask for another drink. I tipped her well . So she gave me a free cheesecake which was so good . I’ll be back🤭

Received a togo order and I got this..... I was given about 6 tablespoons of rice, the cheese didn't even fill the ram anout 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese. The beef wasn't cooked all the way through. I am mad my husband paid for this. Ya'll really don't care. I am a chef and I would have beeen ashamed to serve this at home let alone a restaurant. Do better.

Some of the food was very good, but service was terrible. They had a very large amount of employees working and it was extremely slow. It took almost 20 minutes for our waitress to bring our check out. That's not necessarily her fault because she had a very large group, but with so many workers in there, you would expect some kind of assistance to provide quicker service to the guests. On a lighter note, the baby back ribs were better than I expected. Full of meat, tender, sweet, and very moist ( not an ounce of dryness ). Something that dissapointed me a bit was the sad, floppy, cold side of garlic bread that came with the smokehouse combo. It tasted like thawed out Texas toast, but without the toasting.

We've enjoyed Chili's in multiple states. The food is very good - standard across the different locations. The chicken tenders are delicious and truly tender - great with the various dipping sauces or without. Their burgers are fantastic. The double burgers satisfy a monster appetite, though I should have asked that the bacon be more crispy. My wife's triple dipper offered the best of 3 worlds - the tenders, southwestern egg rolls, and mini burgers (bites). And that was too much for her too. We ended up with a nice amount of take home food for dinner later that evening. Best yet is the service is always good. That adds to the experience. Chili's has great Tex Mex for reasonable prices and serves it quickly with a great attitude. It all adds up to a 5-star experience.

We came for dinner and got seat immediately upon entering. It took about 20 minutes before we got our orders taken for drinks . Our waitress was very slow . We were in her line of site almost the entire time . Our food came out fine and our drink glasses looked clean atleast. All the silverware was dirty. It took an additional 20 minutes to get her attention just to get our desert and check. Took her an additional 15 minutes just to hand me a broken machine to pay . Finally got her attention to pay . Food wasn’t bad but service was horrible
