Visited Maiwand Kabob and was very happy. The food is superb! So tasty, I always have to order more to go for the next day. The wait time for the food was good. The staff was very kind and welcoming making the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Love it and definitely recommend.
First time trying Afghani food. Various options. Delicious food. Friendly service. The bread is so soft and tasty with the saucy sides. I really enjoyed my time here. Recommended!
Proximity to the airport is amazing, the wait time however isn't. Meals can take up to 15 minutes but the staff wasn't that busy and as a result the food we intended to eat had to be taken to go after waiting 30 minutes. There was also no ice in the fountain dispenser. Other than that the chicken kabob was phenomenal.
I've visited Maiwand Kabob the few times I've been in Baltimore for work. I've had the lamb kabob, beef kabob, and chicken wrap with fries. All of it has been tasty. You also can't go wrong with any of the daily specials.
It takes a few minutes to put the plates together, but it's definitely worth the wait. The meats have never been dry, the fries are always very crispy, and the vegetables are satisfyingly filling. The amount of food has been the right amount for me.
Service has been friendly and quick.

Got the veggie platter. Really flavorful and big portions. Took away one star because some of the food wasn't hot
Different from my usual dining but good food. Picture may look like you need to order more food but it is perfect meal to fill you up!
