Overall I had really good luck with this place. I would give them 5 stars 🌟 but there have been many times I've gotten home to find no Arby's sauce. Sometimes I ask for it Sometimes I forget and they didn't ask. Food is usually warm/hot sometimes hot off the grill. Over good place to eat. 99% of the time have good customer service.
Final comments always check for sauce or remind them at the window.

Wish they still had potato cakes. They were the only ones who had them. Now all they have is fries like everyone else only not as good. Don't see the advantage of getting rid of something unique for something everyone has and you don't do as well. Overall good sandwiches.

Ordered 2 French dips w/fries
It was horrible 😢 I know prices are rising how ever that trickles down to the consumer!! Cold fries that had been under the heat lamps! Hardly any roast beef mostly just bread!! It's going to be a long time before we do that again !!!

The computers were running slow so the lines were moving to quick, but they made it up by giving me a free coupon for some more food, and the cashier was very sweet. (Just be sure to be nice to them. They gotta work with what they got.)
